1. How do I access LoadIQ?

The website to access LoadIQ is: https://loadiq.radaro.com.au/

Please enter in your username and password to access your company's custom portal. 

2. How do I first access my username and password?

All usernames (typically your individual email address) and links to generate your passwords will be automatically generated by the Radaro team. You should receive receive an email address to set your password. If you have not received an email, check your spam folder then send an email to: support@radaro.com.au

3. What is my username?

Your username is typically your corporate email address. If you do not have an email address, the Radaro team will create a “dummy” email address for you and send the account information to your manager or the initial requestor.

4. How do I reset my own password?

Send an email to: support@radaro.com.au

5. How do I create a new user?

Ask one of your Administrators to send an email to: support@radaro.com.au

6. How do I deactivate a user?

Ask one of your Administrators to send an email to: support@radaro.com.au

7. I need to delete customers and/or transport companies from LoadIQ. How do I do it?

Ask your Administrator to send an email to: support@radaro.com.au and include the list of customer names and/or transport companies that need to be removed. We currently do not offer “delete” functionality within the product.

8. I am having an issue with LoadIQ. What do I do?

Send an email to: support@radaro.com.au and please provide as much detail as possible including a description of the issue and screenshots if applicable.

9. How do I exit a screen?

You can exit a screen by either hitting the “Escape” key or clicking on the “X” in the upper right hand quarter. Note: if you are making any edits, please hit “Save” in each section before exiting any screen otherwise your edits/changes will not be captured.

10. Why do I need to hit “Save” in each section any time I make an edit?

LoadIQ does not automatically capture any edits that are made until you hit the “Save” button.

11. What do the different colours mean on the “Calendar” page?

Orange: Scheduled

Blue: In Progress

Green: Complete

Purple: Complete - Needs Follow-Up or Complete - Partial Load

Red: No Show

12. Do I really need to log out every day?

While not strictly mandatory, a daily "fresh start" is the best way to prevent glitches. Because we deploy continuous improvements to our backend, logging back in ensures your session is synced with our latest code. Alternatively,  a hard refresh (like Cmd + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5) will achieve the same result
