Radaro provides several optional message types to keep your customers up to date with the progress of their delivery.

Messages are branded and with customisable wording to meet your business needs, by proactively messaging your customers, you can eliminate unnecessary calls to your sales and service teams.

Pre-arrival Notifications

  • Instant Notification – sent when job is added to Radarorouted sms
  • Upcoming Delivery – sent 24hours before job deadline
  • Upcoming Delivery today - triggered morning of delivery at a preset time
  • Route Optimisation - triggered when “Notify Customer” is clicked on the management portal
  • In Progress – triggered when Driver starts job, sending the live eta

Upon Job Completion

  • Customer POD– confirm completion of job including delivery photos (and can include the feedback request)
  • 1hr Feedback reminder
  • 24 hr feedback reminder

Other options

  • Driver ETA – Drivers can choose an ETA window (from as little as 10 minutes, up to 1 hour) and trigger a preset message before or while a job is In Progress.
  • Failed delivery – advise clients if/when a Driver fails a job
  • Upcoming Pick up – trigger a live eta to a customer advising the driver is coming to pick up goods.
