Single-Sign-On
With Single Sign-On (SSO), we are ushering in a new era of user experience and security, setting the stage for an exciting future of logistical excellence.
Radaro supports Microsoft SSO and Okta via Auth0, ensuring a seamless and secure authentication process for our users. Radaro CTO Arie Spivak says,
“In a digital ecosystem that is continuously evolving, it is imperative for us at Radaro to facilitate seamless and secure experiences for our users. Introducing SSO is a significant stride in that direction. It not only streamlines the access process but is also a testimony to our ongoing commitment to implementing advanced technologies for better user convenience and security.”
What is SSO?
Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials (username and password) to access multiple applications.
The Advantages of SSO
SSO provides users with a simplified experience by reducing the number of usernames and passwords they need to remember. It also offers significant benefits for IT Help Desk/Administrator teams as it minimises support requests for lost or forgotten passwords. Additionally, SSO allows IT Administrators to centrally manage user privileges, making employee onboarding and off-boarding processes more efficient.
A Client-Centric Approach
Arie Spivak underlines the significance of this development for our valued clients:
“Our clients will greatly benefit from enhanced security and ease of access, allowing them to manage their logistics more efficiently without the hassle of remembering multiple passwords. Moreover, it minimises the risk of password-related security breaches, ensuring that our clients can operate with peace of mind, knowing their data is safeguarded with state-of-the-art security measures. It’s about integrating simplicity with security, fostering a more productive and secure environment for our clients to thrive in.”
Currently, Radaro supports Microsoft SSO and Okta with Auth0.
SSO functionality will soon be extended to the Radaro Driver App and our SSO capabilities will be further enhanced later this year with the introduction of Microsoft Entra and Active Directory sync.
