Safe-to-Depart Declarations

Radaro’s suite of compliance features includes a Safe-to-Depart Declaration, giving you a way to capture and demonstrate driver compliance before a job begins.

Safe-to-Depart Declarations can be added to the:

Declaration

  • Pick-up leg

  • Delivery leg

  • Pick up and Delivery leg

 

When enabled, drivers must complete the declaration in the Radaro App before they can start that stage of the job.

Declarations are fully customisable, including the title, supporting text and checkbox wording, allowing you to tailor them to your specific operational and compliance requirements.

What can Safe-to-Depart Declarations be used for?

  • Load restraint confirmation

  • Dangerous Goods confirmation

  • Induction readiness

  • Fatigue acknowledgement 

  • Chain of Responsibility declarations

Each driver declaration is time-stamped and recorded, creating an auditable record of acknowledgement.  Declaration data is available via an API webhook for integration with your existing systems.
