Return to Base

Radaro has an inbuilt functionality that allows you to get turn by turn directions back to your base once you have completed a job.

Return To Base is useful to capture additional data such as kilometre tracking (unproductive time) to provide a full vehicle history.

If your manager has turned this functionality on, you will be asked if you would like to return to base or proceed to your next job once you have hit "Complete" on your previous job. If you need to return to back to base before completing your next job hit "Return to base", however, if you wish to proceed to your next job, hit "Proceed to next job" and you will be taken back to your active jobs list.

If you select "Return to base" you will be asked if you would like Radaro to help navigate you back to the base.

If you select "Proceed to next job" you will be directed back to your active jobs list.

If you select "Return to base" you will be asked to select the hub you would like to return to. You are also able to select a location by dropping a pin on the map. Hubs are fixed locations in-putted by management such as Head Office, or a stock warehouse etc. Select the address you wish to return to, now you will be able to swipe-up on the job card and select to push the job to your preferred navigation app.

While using the Return to base function, the job you are returning from will be colored blue in your Radaro app to indicate to your manager that you are returning to base.

Once you have arrived back to base click on the job details and tap the "I'm back at base" button complete the job entirely.
