Radaro Integration Across Multiple Portals

Learn best practices for Radaro integrations across multiple portals

If your business operates using multiple Radaro portals, it is critical to set up an integration that allows you to efficiently receive and retrieve real-time data.

We recommend using unique API keys and webhook tokens for each Radaro portal your business operates.

API keys are available in your portal by navigating: Settings → General.

Webhook tokens are available in your portal by navigating: Settings → General.

Each Radaro portal contains some fields with unique number identifiers used to assign attributes to jobs when creating jobs via API.  These attributes enabled on your portal, including labels, hubs, skill sets, can be found in your portal by navigating: Settings → Add-ons.  Best practice among our clients is to use mapping tables for easy attribute assignment when creating jobs.

Learn more about Radaro's Single-User and Multi-User API keys on our API documentation here.

Multi-User API keys can be assigned to multiple portals simultaneously.  This type of key allows you to complete actions for multiple portals at the same time, including: bulk jobs creation, CSV upload, retrieving jobs list, jobs updates, retrieving labels/skill-sets/ hubs and route optimizations.  Drivers must be assigned to jobs when creating jobs across multiple portals simultaneously.
