My Radaro Portal is not behaving as expected

If you're experiencing difficulties with your Radaro Management Portal, follow these steps to resolve common issues:

1. Check System Compatibility

  • Operating System: Ensure you're using a supported OS. Radaro is compatible with the latest versions of Windows (Windows 10 and above) and macOS (macOS 10.15: Catalina and above).
  • Web Browser: For the best experience, use Google Chrome. Other supported browsers include Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. Avoid using Internet Explorer as it is not supported.

2. Accessing the Radaro Portal

3. Resolving Common Loading Issues

If your Radaro portal isn't loading correctly or is stuck on a white screen, clearing your browser's cache and performing a hard reload can often resolve the issue. Below are the detailed steps for clearing the cache and performing a hard reload in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox:

Google Chrome

  1. Open the Developer Tools:

    • On Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + I or F12.
    • On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I.
  2. Perform a Hard Reload:

    • Right-click the refresh button (located next to the address bar).
    • Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Clear Cache Manually (if needed):

    • Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
    • Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
    • Choose the time range (e.g., “Last 24 hours” or “All time”).
    • Check the “Cached images and files” option.
    • Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the Developer Tools:

    • On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + I or F12.
    • On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I.
  2. Perform a Hard Reload:

    • Right-click the refresh button in the address bar.
    • Choose “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
  3. Clear Cache Manually (if needed):

    • Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
    • Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
    • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

    • On Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + I or F12.
    • On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I.
  2. Perform a Hard Reload:

    • Right-click the refresh button in the address bar.
    • Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” (Note: Firefox may not always have this option directly; clearing the cache manually might be necessary).
  3. Clear Cache Manually (if needed):

    • Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right corner.
    • Select Settings.
    • Navigate to Privacy & Security.
    • Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
    • Ensure Cached Web Content is checked.
    • Click Clear.

4. API and Webhook Troubleshooting

  • API Errors: Ensure that your API key is correctly entered and active. Common errors include using incorrect driver IDs or duplicate external_id values for jobs.
  • Webhook Configuration: Make sure a correct webhook URL is provided in your portal settings to receive real-time updates. Remember, webhook events are only sent once and cannot be retransmitted.
