For some, once they’ve optimised the delivery or service route, no changes or alterations will be made, but for others, they can have last minute additions or cancellations which require alterations to be made to the optimised route.
As schedulers alter jobs within the Radaro Management portal, Drivers are notified via push notifications that jobs are being assigned to them, routes have been optimised or changed.
If there are a number of alternations being made, this could be distracting for your Driver.
To minimise confusion and disruption to the Drivers, you can now choose to have a manual trigger to push the finalised route to the Driver.
If you would like to activate the Manual Driver Notification feature within your Radaro account, contact your Account Manager or Support@radaro.com.au
