Managing Radaro Users

The introduction of the Admin Manager User Role allows you to take control of your Radaro account Users.

Deactivating / Suspending Users

As an Admin Manager, you can deactivate/suspend users from both the Management Portal and the Driver App.

Once logged in to the Radaro Management Portal, navigate to Settings – Add-ons.

  1. Expand the relevant section - Managers or Drivers.
  2. If the toggle is green, the User is active.
  3. Click the toggle to switch the User to a Deactivated/Suspended status.

Deactivated/Suspended Users will not be able to log in to the Radaro services.

User access can be reinstated if and when required.
