Managing Driver Profiles

Drivers can update their personal settings within the Driver App, however there are various circumstances where managers like to maintain Driver Profiles and this can be done via the Management Portal.

To Edit a Driver Profile

Go to the Driver tab in your Radaro portal and double click on the Driver in question.

Under Settings you can:

  1. Set default hubs

    Hubs are fixed locations that act as points of navigation when routing Drivers.

    For more information on hubs please see Driver Hub Creation

  2. Edit Driver schedule

    To ensure accurate routing of jobs, it can be important to maintain the working hours for each Driver and updating as required.

  3. Set default point on map

    When routing, the final destination can be set as returning to the warehouse/DC, finish at the last job or if you wish to Route your driver towards their home, you can set a default point (suburb name) so the Drivers last job will be towards their home (if possible).

  4. Edit profile

    The Driver Profile allows you to see the overall Driver statistics:

    * 5-Star Feedback Rating

    * Completed job count

    * Date joined

     * Working Hours including break times.

     You can also update and edit:

    * Vehicle type – this is shown on customer tracking pages

    * Personal details - name, mobile and email address

    * Carrier (if the Driver is associated with a 3rd-party carrier

    * Capacity – to ensure vehicles are not overloaded

    You can also trigger a password reset if required.
