Driver-initiated ETA's are most useful when you may be completing multiple jobs within a 2-10 minute radius, therefore would like to provide the customer with more time to prepare.
From the Driver App, Drivers can choose an ETA window (from as little as 10 minutes, up to 1 hour) and trigger a preset message before or while a job is In Progress.
