How to Self-Assign a Job

Radaro allows you to assign jobs to yourself which have not been allocated to any other driver within your Manager’s portal.

Radaro allows you to assign jobs to yourself which have not been allocated to any other driver within your Manager’s portal.

Please discuss with your manager what the policy regarding Self Allocation is before you begin  allocating jobs to yourself.

*Please note that this is a modular feature that your manager may have chosen to have turned on, therefore if you are unable to locate the “Unallocated” page in your Radaro app, it means that this feature has not been made available to you.

Step 1

Navigate to the “Assign Jobs” screen and tap on the filter icon on the left-hand side of the screen. Select “Unallocated” to see all the un-assigned jobs.

Step 2

Within the Unallocated screen, you can view all of the jobs in the system that have not yet been allocated to a driver. Search for the job you would like to assign to yourself, you can also sort the job list by Date, Sub-BrandSkillset and Labels

Step 3

Select the job which you would like to assign to yourself. On the next screen you will be given a preview of the route from your current location to the delivery address. On this same screen swipe up on the job at the bottom and you will be provided with more information as well as a link out to your preferred mapping app (Google maps, Waze etc). Select “Details” to view skillsets required as well as any labels.  If you have looked through the delivery information and you can complete this job select “Assign to me”.

Step 5

Once you have assigned the job to yourself the job will be available under the “Jobs” page. Once on this page you can view the important information about the job. Swipe up to see more information and details. Select the “Call” icon to directly call the customer, select the “Directions” icon to be sent to your desired mapping software and select the icon which we have no idea what it does.
