Editing Concatenated Jobs

If a job needs to be changed once jobs have been concatenated (or grouped), follow the steps below to edit or delete the job(s).

There are four options to change concatenated/ grouped jobs:

  • Add Job: Seamlessly incorporate another delivery.Editing concatenated jobs
  • Remove Job: Swiftly remove an individual job from the group.
  • Ungroup All: Disassemble the group to manage jobs individually (or delete).
  • Editing jobs within a group

 

 

 

Adding a Job to Concatenated/Grouped Jobs

In the majority of circumstances, if a new job is created that matches the concatenation criteria, the job will automatically be added to the group.

However, if required, click the 3 dot button on the parent job and select + Add Job (shown above)

Any available jobs matching the criteria will be displayed.

Removing Jobs from a Group

If you wish to remove one or more job from within the group, click the 3 dot button on the parent job and select X  Remove jobs (shown above)

Removing jobs from a groupCheck boxes will appear to the right of the jobs, simply check the one(s) you wish to remove.

Click 'Remove' 

An “Are you sure?” message will appear before the job is removed.

Click 'Remove' to confirm.

Ungrouping All Jobs

To disassemble the group and manage each job individually, click the 3 dot button on the parent job and select Ungroup jobs.

Order Details

This will revert all jobs to be shown individually.

Editing a Single Jobs within a Concatenated Group

Double click on the group in question so you can see the individual jobs in the group.
Click the 3 buttons on the relevant job and choose the appropriate option –

  • Edit Job – allows you to update the job details as needed*
  • Remove Job from Group – the job will still be available for action
  • Delete job** – will delete the job from Radaro

*Note if you edit the date or address (including the second address line) so it no longer matches the group, the job will be removed from the group.

** Only Users with delete permissions will see this functionality.
