How to Edit or Delete Concatenated Orders

Radaro Order Concatenation is a great way to simplify a Drivers time on site when there are multiple deliveries being made to the same person.

If a delivery needs to be changed once jobs have been concatenated (or grouped), follow the steps below to edit or delete the job(s).

Changing Concatenated/Grouped Jobs:

There are three options to change grouped jobs:
    • Add Job: Seamlessly incorporate another delivery.
    • Remove Job: Swiftly remove an individual job from the group.
    • Ungroup All: Disassemble the group to manage jobs individually (or delete).

Identify Concatenated/Grouped Jobs:

Look for orders with a label indicating multiple jobs in a group.

Editing Concatenated/Grouped Jobs:

  • Double click on the group you wish to edit.

  • Click on the 'Edit' button to access the editing options:
    - Add Job
    - Remove Job
    - Ungroup All

Adding Jobs to Concatenated/Grouped Jobs:

If you have another job with the same client details, you can add this job to the group.

  • Click 'Add Job' within the editing options.

  • Search and select the job you wish to add.

Click 'Add' to confirm. You'll see a confirmation message indicating the job has been added to the group.

Removing Jobs from a Group

If you wish to remove one or more job from within the group - choose this option.

This will remove the job from the group for you to edit the job accordingly.

  • Select 'Remove Job' from the editing options.

  • Check the jobs you wish to remove.

Click 'Remove' to confirm.

A confirmation message will indicate the job has been removed from the group.

Ungrouping All Jobs

If you need to edit all the jobs (change the date or customer details for example) or wish to delete the jobs, choose to upgroup. This will revert all jobs to be shown individually allowing you to edit each job, or delete each individual job.

  • Click 'Ungroup All' to separate all jobs.
  • Edit or delete individual jobs as needed once they have been separated

Finalising the Process

Ensure all changes are saved and reflected in the system (you may need to refresh the browser).
