Creating a Sub Brand
Radaro’s Sub-Branding feature allows you to rebrand customer communications to the chosen sub-brand and provide a reporting point.
Sub branding allows you to create a unique digital experience for customers with no dependence on the outbound fleet. Our sub-branding feature is widely used amongst third party carriers who complete deliveries for multiple brands and single brands with various branches or product categories.
Step 1
On the Radaro Management Portal, go to Settings - Add-ons and click on Sub-Brands
Click the arrow to see your existing sub-brands and Add New to add another.
Step 2
A new pop-up screen will appear for you to enter the necessary details.
- Logo – appears on your customer tracking pages
- Sub Brand Name appears in SMS and email messages
- URL – after the 5-star feedback is provided, the tracking page will roll over to this URL
- SMS Sender – can be no more than 11 characters in length and must contain alphanumeric characters only
- Phone – if used, will appear as the click to dial number in the tracking pages

Once complete click the Add button, which will display green when all necessary details are completed..
Your new sub brand will be visible in the list with a new unique Sub Brand ID.
Adding a Sub Brand to a Job
a) Manually adding a job - When you add a job, you will notice a button on the right-hand side labelled “Select Sub Brand”. Simply tap this and choose the appropriate Sub Brand for the job.
b) Bulk Job creation via csv upload - Enter the Sub Brand ID number in the Sub Brand column of your csv file to enable the appropriate brand to be allocated via the upload process.
c) Creating jobs via API - if you create new Sub Brands you will need to advise your IT team so they can update the coding accordingly to accept and apply the new Sub Brand.
