How do I receive email notifications?

Enabling internal email notifications

You have the ability to receive email notifications to your internal teams for a number of Radaro features, such as:

  • When a driver uses a Completion or Failure code
  • When a driver completes their Start of Day / Start of Job Checklist
  • When a low star rating is given
  • Proof of Delivery Reports
  • Job Export Reports
  • NPS / CSAT Results
