Learn how to record time on site
Radaro uses Geo-Fencing Technology that has the ability to capture a 'Time at Site' metric.
This occurs by taking the latitude/longitude of a specified address and putting a 150m radius around the area. When a driver reaches within the location and validated with three unique 'pings', time is recorded in the back of the driver/technicians device until they 'Complete' the work order within Radaro.
For Geofencing to work correctly it is imperative that Location Settings are set to 'always' for Radaro.
