      How do I find a Driver's ID number?

      Learn where to find each driver's ID number in Radaro

      If you upload jobs to Radaro using a CSV upload or API integration, you can use a Driver’s unique ID to automatically allocate jobs to drivers.

      1. Log in to your Radaro Portal and select the Drivers tab.
      2. Each Driver’s unique ID will be listed next to their name.

       

      Using Driver IDs for CSV uploads

      1. Open up your Radaro jobs CSV.
      2. Input the Driver’s ID in the rows of the jobs you would like to assign them to. Save your file.

      3. Upload your CSV file into Radaro. You can find instructions on how to this here.
