Home Dashboard and General Navigation for LoadIQ

When you log into LoadIQ, the default view will be the the main calendar day view of today.

Main Calendar View

The calendar is the central work space for viewing and managing all bookings. The calendar displays jobs across your assigned locations with a clean, visual interface.

View Modes:

 

Day View (default view)

  • See all bookings for a single day across all loading docks/locations

  • Each location appears as a horizontal row

  • Jobs are displayed as blocks showing time slots and key details

  • Drag and drop jobs to reschedule or move between locations

Week View

  • Overview of 7 days

  • Compact view showing job counts and status by location

  • Quick navigation to identify busy days and capacity

  • Can click through to the day view

Month View

  • Full month calendar grid

  • See booking density across the entire month

  • Identify patterns and plan ahead

  • Can click through to the day view

Use the Day / Week / Month buttons in the header to toggle between views. Click "Today" to jump to the current date.

Navigation Controls

Date Navigation

  • Date Picker: Click the date display to open a calendar and jump to any specific date

  • Today Button: Instantly return to today's date in day view

  • Previous/Next Arrows: Move backward or forward by day, week, or month (depending on current view)
