Depending on your goal and information sought from your clients the survey type chosen may vary.
Radaro offers two feedback options
- 5-Star Feedback
- Web based survey
For a quick snapshot of your performance, 5-Star ratings are an easy way to gather feedback.
As a delivery/job is completed within Radaro, the live tracking page will update to a 5-Star Feedback page allowing customers to easily provide a score and add free text comments if desired.
The 5-Star feedback page provides real time feedback with job reports being updated instantly.
Managers can also receive alerts if low feedback is provided giving them the chance to respond to dissatisfaction in a timely manner.
Up to two texts/emails can be sent to customers as reminders to complete the 5-Star Feedback after the job completion.
Radaro Web Survey
For more detailed client feedback, Radaro offers the option of a customisable Web based survey.
The Radaro Web Survey can be sectioned by business units, allowing Brands to capture customer sentiment across their journey and interactions with varying business divisions, from in-store, to online purchases through to the final delivery catering for for:
