Find out how to set Completion/Error Codes here.
Once you have selected the reasons, hit the “Done” button.
You then have the option to add an additional description to provide any further details as to why the job was failed. If you have selected the “Other” code, you will be required to include a description to explain the reason the job cannot be completed.
Step 4
You will then be asked to confirm your job failure. You can do this by attaching a photo or a signature. Capturing a signature by the customer may come at a time when they had rejected the order and will not accept the delivery.
Radaro allows you to attach photos to the job, and any additional comments can be left in the comments section. The Radaro sign on glass feature can be used to capture either the customer’s signature or your own, depending on what your company policy is.
Once you have attached all the Proof of Failure information, go ahead and select “Fail Job”.
Step 5
You will then be able to find that failed job under “Finished” in the jobs list.
