The URL Micro Sites are branded with your logo and the Headings and Sub-headings displayed can be customised suit your business requirements.

URL Micro Site stages:

Unassigned Job -  when a job is added to Radaro, yet to have a Driver assigned to the delivery. Customers receive details including confirmation of the delivery day and a window based on the job deadline.

Assigned Job – the URL updates to include

1. The Driver details once the job has been assigned
2. Optional Click-to-call button
3. The 2 or 3-hour delivery window if Radaro Route Optimisation is used
4. The position in the delivery queue if Radaro Position in Queue feature is used

Failed Jobs - Individual pages are displayed if the job was a “Pick up” or a standard Delivery
