Learn how to create, edit and archive error codes in your portal
Error (or Failure) codes allow you to monitor and track the reasons why your Deliveries or Service Jobs can not be completed as planned.
To create, update or edit your Error/Failure codes login to your Radaro Management Portal, go to “Settings” and then “Add-ons”.
Use the Arrow to the right to expand the Error Codes section.
Add a New Error Code
Click Add New and complete the description field.
The description will show within the Radaro Driver App to be selected by Drivers and Technicians.
Edit an Existing Code
Select the pencil icon, and update the Description field accordingly, then Save.
Deleting Codes
Select the red bin symbol to Delete an Error code.
Please note, to maintain data and reporting, you can only delete a code if it has not been used.
Archiving Codes
To archive a code that is no longer required, use the green toggle button to deactivate the code. Archived codes will not show within the Radaro Driver App.
Click the link for a guide on Failing Jobs From the Driver App.
Escalating Job Completion Codes
For both Radaro Advanced Completion and Error Codes each individual code can have a unique escalation point - a specific email address to receive alerts in real time for immediate action. To apply an escalation point to your Codes, reach out to your Radaro Account Manager or support@radaro.com.au
