Creating an Error Code

Learn how to create, edit and archive error codes in your portal

Error (or Failure) codes allow you to monitor and track the reasons why your Deliveries or Service Jobs can not be completed as planned.

To create, update or edit your Error/Failure codes login to your Radaro Management Portal, go to “Settings” and then “Add-ons”.

Use the Arrow to the right to expand the Error Codes section.

Escalating Job Completion Codes

For both Radaro Advanced Completion and Error Codes each individual code can have a unique escalation point - a specific email address to receive alerts in real time for immediate action.  To apply an escalation point to your Codes, reach out to your Radaro Account Manager or support@radaro.com.au
