Creating a New Booking in LoadIQ
This SOP outlines the steps to create a booking in LoadIQ using two different methods: via the “Create Booking” icon and the calendar. In order to create a new booking, you need to be an Administrator or a Scheduler.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Create Booking

-
Locate the green icon labeled Create Booking.
-
Click on the icon to navigate to the Create Booking page.
Step 2: Enter Booking Information

-
Enter in the SAP Order ID.

Click on Create Job to finalise the booking.
Step 4: Alternative Booking Method via Calendar
