Completing Loading Checklist
This SOP outlines the steps to complete the Loading checklist for a job. Completing this checklist will primarily be done by Operators actively working on the loading dock.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access the Job

Navigate to the home screen of the system.
- Click on the job you will be working.
Step 2: Access the Loading Checklist 0:33

Scroll down to find the loading checklist section and expand it.
Step 3: Complete the "Loading Checklist"

Manually enter the loading start time or click the "Now" button to auto-populate the current time.

Manually enter the loading end time or click the "Now" button to auto-populate the current time.

Input the loader's name.

Input the checker's name.
- Click "Save" to finalise the "Loading Checklist".
Step 4: Confirm "Loading Checklist" Completion

Verify that a green check mark appears next to the "Arrival Checklist".

If all tasks have not been completed on the checklist, an orange circle will appear next to the "Loading Checklist".
- Note: the colour of the job will change from light blue to darker blue on the calendar to provide a visual queue that the job is now in the "Loading Checklist" or "Departure Checklist" phase.
