Completing Loading Checklist

This SOP outlines the steps to complete the Loading checklist for a job. Completing this checklist will primarily be done by Operators actively working on the loading dock.  

Key Steps

Step 1: Access the Job

  • Navigate to the home screen of the system.

  • Click on the job you will be working.

Step 2:  Access the Loading Checklist 0:33

  • Scroll down to find the loading checklist section and expand it.

Step 3: Complete the "Loading Checklist"

  • Manually enter the loading start time or click the "Now" button to auto-populate the current time.

  • Manually enter the loading end time or click the "Now" button to auto-populate the current time. 

  • Input the loader's name.

  • Input the checker's name.

  • Click "Save" to finalise the "Loading Checklist". 

Step 4: Confirm "Loading Checklist" Completion

  • Verify that a green check mark appears next to the "Arrival Checklist".

  • If all tasks have not been completed on the checklist, an orange circle will appear next to the "Loading Checklist".

  • Note: the colour of the job will change from light blue to darker blue on the calendar to provide a visual queue that the job is now in the "Loading Checklist" or "Departure Checklist" phase.

Cautionary Notes

  • Double-check all entries for accuracy before saving.

  • Ensure that the arrival checklist is completed to avoid discrepancies.
