Capacity

Radaro can cater for up to three (3) Capacity fields to ensure accurate utilisation of vehicles.

The three fields can be configured to suit your requirements such as:

1.    Cubic

2.    Weight (kg)

3.    Units

4.    Pallet spaces

5.    Square metres

6.    Stillages/Crates

7.    Boxes 

When capacity information is supplied as part of a job, this information is used in conjunction with the route optimisation process, to ensure that vehicles are not allocated jobs exceeding their capacity limit.  

How to use the Radaro Capacity feature

a)    Configure driver profiles with the correct capacity information for their vehicles

b)    Share capacity details as part of job – capacity fields can be populated via jobs being manually uploaded, using the bulk upload file or via API.

c)    During the Route Optimisation process, ensure the Vehicle Capacity Option is ticked before selecting Optimise Jobs
