Can a Manager override a Driver Lock Out?

If a Driver fails the Start of Day Compliance Checklist, they may be “locked out” from starting their shift within Radaro.

What happens when a Driver fails the Start of Day Compliance Checklist?

1) An escalation will be sent to the designated Manager email address.
2) If the Driver has failed a question that is deemed a Compliance question, the Driver will be “locked out” and unable to start their shift within Radaro.

Can a Manager override a Driver Lock Out?

Yes

If a Driver has incorrectly completed the Start of Day Checklist and activated the Lock Out feature, or you’ve reviewed and can remedy the issue, a Manager can edit the checklist response within the Management Portal to enable the Driver to commence their shift.

To review and override the “Lock Out” if appropriate –

1) Go to the Driver tab of your Radaro Management Portal.

Apart from receiving the escalation email, in the Driver tab you will see a red checklist icon next to the Driver name.

2) If you click into the Driver profile , you will see a red alert on the Checklist button.

3) Click the Checklist to view the Driver responses.

The question(s) needing attention will be highlighted.

4) If it is deemed safe for the Driver to commence their shift, select Edit at the top.

5) You will be able to update the responses and click the green apply button to save.

6) Once saved, the checklist will now include a permanent note to reflect a Manager had altered the response(s).
